Iron powder forming binder is a composite adhesive primarily made from organic materials, with the addition of tackifiers, reinforcing agents, modifiers, and other raw materials, produced through a series of processes. It contains high-bonding components and exhibits properties such as high viscosity, hydrophilicity, complexation, and cold-setting.

1. Good applicability: Suitable for cold-press forming of various metallurgical powders, including iron ore powder, iron concentrate, iron oxide scale, iron scraps, steel slag, particle steel, silicon-manganese ore powder, manganese ore powder, silicon-carbon powder, nickel ore powder, chromium ore powder, copper ore powder, and sinter return fines. The cold-pressed pellets produced are widely used as furnace charge for blast furnaces, direct reduction furnaces, iron-melting furnaces, and gas generators.
2. Customized solutions: This binder can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements for exclusive products.
3. Strong bonding force: Contains high-bonding components that quickly form a network structure within the material, providing high bonding strength. The pellets exhibit high cold and hot strength, meeting furnace charge requirements.
4. Excellent performance: Each ton of binder can produce 35-100 tons of pellets, with a forming rate of 98%. Wet pellets remain intact after a 2-meter drop, dried strength can reach over 100 kg, and they withstand high temperatures up to 1200°C.

Recommended Usage:
Direct addition of dry powder: Evenly mix the binder into the material. The ratio of material to binder is generally 100:3. The amount of binder added may vary depending on the particle size and specific surface area of the material. Moisten the material and spray an appropriate amount of water according to the material's humidity. Pay attention to controlling humidity. After thorough mixing, cold-press into pellets.
